About Us...

Nutmeg Web Design and Technology began in 2002 as a result of talent -- and a favor for a friend. I was asked to build a website for a close friend who was creating a small business of his own. At the time, I was the Online Operations Editor at an international publishing house so creating and updating corporate websites was what I did for a living. My friend and I had so much fun putting together his website and other marketing materials that, after many months of working out the details, I decided to do it full-time. And I definitely have the entrepreneurial bug! I enjoy starting with grass roots and finding ways to make dreams possible. I am energized by the idea of taking a client's vision and having a hand in making it reality.

Since 2002, my own vision has grown. We are now comprised of a staff of three creative and capable people. We have created website ranging from builders, realtors, and landscaping companies to professional organizers, newsletters in higher education - even wedding websites!

There are a few ideals that we hold fast. We do our best to be kind to the environment, which is why we choose hosting that is powered 100% by wind energy. Next, we make a point to keep flexibility in the forefront of our minds. Just as each site is different, each client has a unique vision. Our job is to help you realize the possibilities technology can offer. Lastly, our goal is to have fun. We want to love what we do - get lost in it - and so far we are doing a great job!
